Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, as a self-employed business, late cancellations have a significant impact on our time and ability to offer appointments to other customers.
- Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice: 50% payable
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment: 100% of the agreed booking value will be payable.
- Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (no-show): A cancellation charge may also apply.
